I looked at other reviews and booked this hotel , but the staff is super rude and regards to the hotel they only concentrated on decorating and lights of the hotel they wanted to go for a contemporary look , however the contemporary look over looks tourists comfort , the hotel room has not enough lighting so if you are a female and want to get ready you need 2-3 phones torch light to do do you’re makeup and if you have meeting on teams or zoom or got work to do you won’t be able to do it in that light , the lights keeps flickering and when we inform the reception they neither change you’re room nor change the bulbs , internet is only allowed for 3 devices so if you’re a family like us and kids want to connect their iPad and you want to work using you’re laptop than you are doomed as reception staff says sorry we cannot help, we can’t even buy internet for extra charge which is ridiculous, there is no closed door wardrobes like normal hotels do they just have a open rack from ikea or something so all you’re lingerie and other personal items have to be packed in the suitcase and hidden away , we came from UK for a vacation as a family with children and we had so many issues no comfort at all, hotel is a place where you relax and unwind but this one doesn’t let you do that, we paid for the suite room as well so it was pointless , it’s a new built hotel so the least you would expect is the TV to have apps (smart TV) like Netflix prime etc and we can use our own logins to log onto Netflix or other apps but the tv is 19th century no option app or anything we can’t even log onto Netflix to prime or Disney or anything this is 2026 least we can do have a smart tv , it’s only a flat screen tv with no option of apps . If you order room service for example like coffee or tea they don’t bring you the coffee in a thermos or flask which every other hotel does , they bring it in a steel jug with long funnel which is open so any flies can go in it , the long funnel is not even closed so you have to drink the coffee straight away other wise it will get cold we can’t order a coffee or tea and think oh let me take a shower and have the tea as it’s not in a flask/thermos which should be basic common sense, little little things but too many things altogether to ignore We wasted our money and our time going to this hotel , save you’re money go else where honestly and the customer service is bad especially person at the reception , the only good thing is location that is it ..
