We booked this property for a family staycation to celebrate my wife’s birthday and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations.There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues in the rooms allocated to us (Rooms *** and ***). The toilet flush was not functioning, the mirror light had been removed leaving exposed wires hanging, bedside lamps were missing, and parts of the bed near the headboard were damaged. What was even more disappointing was finding a used diaper lying near the pool area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep of the property.One of the attractions promoted by the resort, the Mechanical Bull, was also unavailable because there was no operator present.To be fair, not everything was negative. We appreciated the breakfast, which although limited in variety, was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Some of the staff members were courteous and tried to be helpful.What disappointed us most was the lack of effective response after we reported the issues. I contacted the property through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, sharing photographs of the deficiencies. While I was informed that the matter had been escalated, there was no meaningful follow-up, acknowledgement, or resolution. I also requested a substantial refund in view of the condition of the rooms and the impact on our special occasion, but the matter remains unresolved at the time of writing this review.I am uploading photographs along with this review so that prospective guests can make an informed decision. My intention is not to unfairly criticize the property, but to accurately reflect the experience we had. Given the condition of the rooms, the housekeeping concerns, and the lack of timely resolution, I cannot recommend this property based on our stay.
