Floor is dirty, washroom is dirty, sheets are derty, curtains are dirty, fill with insects, filled with lizards, sheets cause rashes. Only thing likes is the food. Everything else is trash.

We had a wonderful stay with our young children. A huge thank you to the staff—every department went above and beyond to make our visit seamless and comfortable. The location and food were also excellent. It is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxed, stress-free staycation.

If you are looking for a decent resort and budget friendly. I would recommend Aranya Resort near Shamirpet lake. The view is very calming and the sound of peacocks from the neighbouring deer Park is very soothing. Please plan your stay in advance though as the good rooms run out fast. I would definitely give the food a 5 star. Limited and basic menu but very tasty food and not commercial restraunt like food that has MSG. The breakfast is good but don't expect live counters for Dosa or any request for fried eggs. It's buffet style breakfast but the south Indian regulars like poori, vada, idly, semiya Upma are very good. Lunch menu is also limited but overall food is tasty. Kids and old people can also enjoy as they make sure all dishes are not very spicy and salty. Tea is OK but I preferred their coffee. I won't not recommend room service as they take too long to deliver to your room and I had to call the kitchen multiple times to check on the order.It would give them a 4. 2 on cleanliness. But don't expect the room to be cleaned if you stay for over one day. Most of the staff only understand Hindi so please be mindful when calling in room service.The rooms are spacious and good recommendation if your staying as a family. Nice vide of living in the wilderness. Well maintained esthetics and soothing music that plays all around the property.The buggy was out of service. So if you have older people with you please note you have to walk a lot and mostly all the villas are claiming stairs and over rocks so plan well.The view of the neighbouring deer park and over Shamirpet lake is very good. Fair warning though. If you plan to visit the deer park please go by 3.00 PM to 4.00 PM. The park closes by 5. And if you go in the morning due too the heat the deer are hard to stop. But the view sights, buggy ride and walk to Shamirpet lake are worth it good for anyone wanting to take good pictures.Overall I would rate my experience at Aranya Resort by the Mrugavani group a 4.3 out of 5.
