At first glance, this hotel looks absolutely lavish and luxurious from the outside, which is exactly why we chose it. Unfortunately, the experience inside was the complete opposite.We were initially allotted a room. The first thing we noticed was that there was no ceiling fan and only an air conditioner. While that may not bother everyone, it’s definitely something guests with asthma or respiratory issues should be aware of. The bigger problem was that the AC wasn’t functioning properly throughout our stay in that room.Every time we needed assistance, we had to contact the reception instead. After repeatedly reporting the AC issue, our room was finally changed later that night. Surprisingly, the new room didn’t even have an intercom, so every request’from ordering tea to asking for assistance ,had to be made by calling a personal phone number. For the price the hotel charges, I was also disappointed to find there wasn’t even a basic electric kettle in the room.The bathrooms were another major letdown. The taps and shower fittings were broken, the shower area was extremely cramped considering the size of the hotel, and there was a constant pungent smell in the room. The floors always felt damp, making the room feel unhygienic. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and the damp flooring made it particularly difficult and unsafe for her to walk around.The only highlight of our stay was the spa. The Manipuri massage therapists were excellent, professional, skilled, and genuinely good at what they do. They deserve appreciation. The security staff and the rest of the hotel staff were also polite, helpful, and efficient whenever we interacted with them.However, the real issue lies with the management. The property desperately needs proper maintenance and regular deep cleaning. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and even the spa washrooms require much better upkeep. The staff seem to be trying their best, but without good management and maintenance standards, the overall guest experience suffers.This hotel has great potential because of its impressive appearance, but appearances alone are not enough. Until cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest facilities are improved.

Nothing much to do, seems like Hotel, not resort. Quite a old property and need maintenance

Just good for a staycation. Come here to just relax. Have a dip in swimming pool. Rooms are big. Food is good.But amenities are not maintained.
