Pathetic service, avoid this hotel I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. 1) Service: The overall service was pathetic from start to finish. 2) No toiletries: Basic toiletries were not provided in the room. I had to buy it from outside. 3)Bad amenity: The room had a persistent bad smell throughout my stay. TV was not working. Water was leaking from the AC. I had a 2 day stay in that whole stay nobody comes to clean the room. There was no water to drink. I was charged extra for the waterbottle which is the basic complementary thing. 4) Hidden charges: I was charged an extra ₹500 for an additional person, even though the website showed no such price difference for occupancy. This was only mentioned to me at check-in, with no prior disclosure. 5) Unfair late checkout charge: Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Since I checked in late at 5 PM, I asked to extend my stay till 12 PM the next day, which is a fair ask. Instead, the receptionist said I'd be charged a half-day rate of ₹800 for just one extra hour. 6) Rude behavior: The next morning at 11 AM sharp, the receptionist called and threatened me to vacate the room within 10 minutes. This kind of aggressive, disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable from hotel staff. 7) Security concern: Late at night, an unknown person knocked on my room door asking for "money exchange." This is a serious safety issue and raises real questions about who has access to guest floors and how visitors are screened Between the hidden charges, unhygienic room, and rude staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Would not stay here again.
