Agoda is misleading people by uploading photographs of the property with completely misleading information. They stated that the property was 4 star whereas it was an unhygienic filthy hotel with completely nonexistent support staff. Now they are refusing to refund my money even though i was forced to leave the hotel next day!Be careful. Never book through Agoda!
we have booked this stay for our conference.its too terrible.its a sex hotel.just for hours. decent peoples can't stay there.we booked 2 rooms for 5 days. for 10800 rs. we haven't got any refund.what should we do.
Our experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the rooms, we were taken aback by their state and lack of cleanliness. The rooms appeared neglected and did not meet our expectations at all. We were so unhappy that we chose to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. I would definitely advise against booking this hotel.
