I recently stayed at the property for two days to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I chose this hotel primarily due to the Lemon Tree brand; however, I must express my disappointment with the room quality. The property appears quite dated and would benefit from renovation and the addition of more modern amenities, as it did not meet the expectations associated with the brand.Upon raising my concerns at the front desk and requesting an upgrade, I was accommodated in an Executive Suite. While this room was an improvement compared to the standard rooms, it still did not fully align with the expected standards.That said, the service provided by the staff was truly commendable. All team members were courteous, helpful, and attentive. I would particularly like to appreciate Mr. Imran from the restaurant for his exceptional service and attentiveness during meal times. The food quality was also excellent team thoughtfully offered a few complimentary dishes as a gesture to address my disappointment, which was appreciated.A special mention to Mr. Mohan from housekeeping, who created a thoughtful surprise by arranging a Ganpati Bappa design with towels and extending birthday wishes to my husband. This gesture was genuinely appreciated.In summary, while the staff, food, location, and cleanliness are excellent, the primary drawback remains the aging infrastructure. I would recommend exploring other properties in Aurangabad. However, if choosing to stay at this hotel, opting for the Executive Suite would be advisable.

I m surprised to visit there is not aircon in big lobby and reception area in hot summers , even when you enter to checkin or checkout you all wet in minutes . In my experience during checkout i need to wait 2 hrs bcoa of my flight , there is no option to relex. Very poor in this category
