Government regulations require all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, or voter’s ID card. Lemon Tree Hotels doesn’t accept the PAN card as an id proof for check in for any of the hotel.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

Rooms can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future• Visitors will not be allowed on guest floors in order to maximise safety • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility• Guests are requested to download the Aarogya Setu mobile application for their and others safety.
