Poor Service Experience

I had asked the team specifically for coffee, water and clean towels. I had to go myself and ask at the reception on two days for the same. I was staying for 4 days and on 2nd day planned to check out. Since the refund could not be issued , I asked them to cancel the booking for last day. I still have not received the refund. I still have not got my GST bill too
