They need to improve their hospitality. During both check-in and check-out, no one offered assistance with carrying luggage to or from the room, not even at the entrance gate, which was just 20 steps from the reception.

A very beautiful club featuring multiple dining halls. The dining area is fairly clean. Service is a bit slow. We attended a Tambola event as guests. The food quality was good and looked appealing.
