The staff was professional and good. Facilities were also up to the mark. Breakfast option were very very limited compared to any other good 5 star hotels. Room had stains on table. The overall vibe of the hotel is really good with decent view and a lot of peace. It doesn't feel like you are in gurgaon but someplace quiet and serene. If you are looking for room with Aravali view, better choose the higher category room. The deluxe rooms are on lower floors and the view is not at promised. Overall I would recommend people to visit, while keeping in mind that its an old property which is showing its age. Although renovation is being undertaken.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing right from the very beginning.The first and most serious issue was the quality of the food served. Both my husband and I suffered from severe stomach infections the very same night after having dinner at the hotel. When I requested basic medication, I was informed that the hotel did not even have a basic first-aid or medicine facility. This was shocking, as maintaining essential medical aid is a basic expectation from any hospitality establishment.I then requested the hotel staff to arrange the required medicine from the nearby market, clearly stating that I was willing to pay for the medicines. To my surprise, the hotel demanded 800 merely to bring the medicine from a pharmacy located barely a kilometre away. Even more disappointing, they casually suggested that we visit a nearby hospital, despite knowing that our illness had most likely been caused by the food served at their own hotel.After spending a miserable night battling food poisoning and missing breakfast, we hoped to get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, that was impossible. Early in the morning, loud drilling and construction work began directly above our room. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep or recover. I immediately contacted the reception and requested them to stop the work or at least allow us some time to rest, but there was no meaningful response or concern shown by the hotel staff.Overall, the complete lack of hygiene, guest care, and basic hospitality standards made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From poor-quality food that made us seriously ill, to the absence of basic medical assistance, unreasonable charges for arranging medicine, and disruptive construction work during guest hours, every aspect of our stay was handled with complete negligence.I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property until it significantly improves its standards of hygiene, customer service, and guest safety.
