Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown

We recently participated in a two-day office training at Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown with about 70 colleagues. The overall experience was positive, and the conference facilities were well handled. The meeting room was roomy and comfortable, easily fitting our group. The staff was courteous and made sure tea, coffee, and refreshments were served regularly, which helped the training run smoothly and efficiently. One aspect that could have been better planned was the charging setup. There weren't enough power outlets for everyone, so extension boards had to be brought in after the training started, causing unnecessary interruptions. It would have been preferable if this was arranged beforehand. Another downside was the food on the first day; for a Marriott, the lunch fell short in taste and quality. Desserts were unimpressive, and the snacks during breaks, like spring rolls and fried idli, were just average. Fortunately, the food on the second day improved significantly, with tastier and better-prepared lunch that matched five-star expectations. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent conference facilities and professional service. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the inconsistency in food quality and the lack of preparation for the training setup. Improving these would make this an excellent venue for corporate meetings, training, and business events.

I really enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram! The hotel offers a warm ambiance, is situated in a convenient spot, and has a highly professional staff. The team was kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable visit throughout. Everything was efficiently managed, and the hospitality was impressive. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly return. Strongly recommended!

I enjoyed a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Gurugram. The rooms were cozy, the breakfast selection was fantastic, and the hospitality was top-notch. Emily deserves special recognition for her outstanding service at breakfast and dinner, which really enhanced our visit. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel very welcome. I am eager to return here in the future.

The team, particularly housekeeping staff Aditya Dhanraj and chef Ajit, were fantastic. The check-in team also assisted me with an early check-in, complimentary airport transfer, and provided excellent hospitality.

Gaurav Kumar was an excellent host, and I truly enjoyed the service. Created wonderful memories.
