Went there for a coffee date. Except the guard who received us at the gate and the tall, fair coffee shop manager and Ujjwal one of the servers, all the staff was either rude or depressed. Especially the male security staff at the glass doors, and the valet drivers. This security at the glass doors literally hit me in the crotch with the metal detector. Same the valet was quite rude, what hee was saying was right, but the way he was talking to guests was extremely unbecoming of someone in hospitality. The coffee was delicious. It as served in boring dirty white mugs that looked used. The cookies were neither crisp nor soft and crumbly, some odd dry texture, not palatable.
