DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL TO STAY HERE!Pathetic Behaviour, Rude Staff and Insensitive Treatment! Wouldn't recommend!From the word Get Go, this was a very bad experience! My Anniversary celebrations became a horror experience, thanks to their Staff and Managers starting from Check In until Check Out.Stayed for 2 days, I will details my Review here:I tried conversing with the Manager on duty Tapesh and wanted to enquire if they can do something on the occassion of my anniversary, they said No as they had stopped since COVID. I don't know how a 5 Star hotel can say so but I asked if I can pay and get it done for which I was told please come to hotel first.As I entered the drop off point of my car after a 1400 kms drive, I had to pick and take half of my luggage myself with the staff choosing not to help me. While checking in, I feel I was judged on my appearance and a Welcome Drink, (Real Juice) was offered only after asking for water by a rude lady staff. Managed to do my checking in and carrying my luggage. Tapesh didn't even bother to help with my luggage.Booked for a couple but had toiletries and bathroom linen for 1 occupant. The bed seemed to have some fault to which they said No.On the Anniversary decoration part, Tapesh called another person who mentioned that a certain things were only possible and no towel design or flowers could be provided and also no cake. As the cake would need to be ordered. I sternly asked that there is a flower shop outside and I would do the decorations myself and can order the cake too. For which they got some approval and painfully agreed to.Day 1 breakfast was horror from the entrance where the staff was seemingly trying to avert us from having food and reminded us three times that the brekfast would close at 10:30 AM strictly. To which we said, we can leave if that's what they want. The chef's were kind with order but the serving staff was rude. For two cups of tea made in certain way since my wife wasnt feeling well, initially I was told it's not possible. I mentioned I would pay for it but then magically it became possible and the tea was given to us after 30 mins. Similar happened with another couple too.Since the issue of decoration was picked a lot, the hotel consistently called in time and again to check on when the decorations can be done. It was mentioned, the person who would do would leave at 4 PM, to which I told, please leave it. I will manage it myself. Persistent calling got me headache than good.Finally it was done and the happiness and charm had already died out due to the behaviour. We chose to have our dinner outside initially thinking of having in the hotel.On all the occassions, the Valet was not very interested in help except for two men in a different White attire.Would need to mention, after the housekeeping cleaned the room, again the toiletries and bath linen was kept for 1 pax only. We had to call and get it for the other set.Day 2 Breakfast incident: I called in the restaurant and requested to please help me with a serving of brekfast for my wife who wasnt well even asking if I can carry some things for her. They refused. Their Manager called me and he said he would do it as an exception to which I said it's not an exception. The Manager name be Fakhar. I mentioned I haven't faced such an issue in any 5 Star hotel and I happy to forego my breakfast. Rudely he agreed and said it would be chargeable. I objected but helplessly agreed. The order was simple Dosa and Omelette. Later Idli Vada was also sent since I gave them an option between the Dosa and Idli Vada. Surprisingly I didn't get a bill. I let go of my breakfast for my wife as she needed food more than me.The night earlier on Day 1, I ordered for a cup of tea late in night possibly around 10 PM. The hotel claims to have a 24 hrs In Dining facility but refused to give me a cup of tea. Also mentioned sarcastically, who drinks tea at night time. Such audacity and to my surprise the tea arriv
