I had a wonderful experience at Ahuja Residency City Centre. Staff members Karan and Jagdish truly stood out with their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and a smooth stay. Their dedication reflects great credit on the property. The property is conveniently located near a major road and is easily accessible. Millennium Metro station is within walking distance, just across the road.The property has three floors, with the dining area located in the basement. There is no proper lobby, though a lift is available. The room layout is irregular, and the rooms themselves are quite small. With the bed and furniture in place, there is very little space to move around. The wardrobe and mirror are positioned awkwardly, such as behind the door, which is not convenient.Outside noise carries into the rooms and can be very disturbing, especially if you are tired and trying to sleep. The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable.The dining area is spacious, and the staff there were attentive and took good care of us, which was a positive aspect. However, the buffet spread was limited, with very few food options available.Overall, apart from the convenient location and accessibility, I would not choose this property again.They are also very poor in communication. There was no confirmation regarding the hotel reservations and had to call them multiple times for the same.

The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the prompt assistance whenever I had a request.Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would be happy to recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

My personal experience was very good with this hotel, hotel staff was too good and the food was also too good, it's feel like I'm staying at my home. Special thanks to Mr.Haobam Naochabi singh he was one of the staff who is soft spoken and polite

I really enjoyed their tasty foods ’’ and their guest services are also very good ’’ all staffs are really very friendly and helpful in nature ’’ I would really like to appreciate their guest services also because one of the staff Mr. Neeraj working here as a guest associate he always serves water before asking when you are taking foods ’’ and if you are ordering something they serves your order ’’ within 5 minutes.Thank you so much Ahuja Residency City Centre for your foods and services I really enjoyed a lot ’’
