Solo Traveller • Aug 2026During my stay of 3 nights, I found the hotel to offer good value for money considering the room condition, cleanliness, and the service provided by most of the staff.However, the reception staff could be more courteous and helpful, as a warm and professional attitude would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.The food quality also needs improvement. The complimentary breakfast did not meet expectations and does not offer good value.
Terrible experience! The man was impolite, arrogant, and refused to accept bookings made through Agoda or any other site, which is very unethical.
