Super OYO Townhouse 282 Golf Course Road Gurgaon Near Appu Ghar

I am writing to officially complain about my stay at super town house 557 near golf course road. My experience was ruined by major service failures and terrible sanitary conditions that threaten public health. Summary of Problems: Late Check-in: Even though I had a booking, I had to wait 1.5 hours after the check-in time to get a room. Missing Promised Amenities: The room was in bad shape when I entered. The air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water because the geyser was broken, and the towels provided were dirty. Very Unhygienic Practices: I ordered food from the hotel since outside food was not allowed by staff, paid 2300 for various dishes, and when I used the service washroom, I saw food items, kitchenware, and meal trays stored and handled on the floor of a shared toilet. Food trays, used cups, an electric kettle, and other kitchen items were placed directly on the dirty bathroom floor next to a toilet. The toilet seat was detached and precariously placed on top of the bowl, which was cluttered with used plates. Neglect & Denial of Compensation: When I told management about these issues, staff said storing food in the toilet was "regular practice." Also, my request for a refund of the ₹2,300 paid in cash for food was rejected. Wall finishes were peeling or badly damaged. The door frame showed heavy wear and poor sealing. The floor had mismatched tiles and looked visibly unclean. Security Issues: The door was secured with a makeshift or industrial sliding bolt that did not seem standard for guest rooms. Request for Action: Since the services were not as promised and did not meet basic health and safety standards, I want a full refund of the amount paid. I have photos documenting the condition of the place and am ready to submit them with this complaint. I expect a quick reply about my refund.
