FabHotel VR Stay - Nr. Huda City Centre Gurugram

Avoid booking this hotel due to extremely poor hygiene, terrible room conditions, and lack of customer service. My stay was unacceptable and disgusting. Despite staying at many hotels, the state of this room and the staff's indifference shocked me. The hygiene was awful; the room seemed not cleaned before I received the keys, with used items left inside, making me doubt if it was cleaned after the last guest. Cleanliness was very poor, and the room felt neglected with inadequate housekeeping. The staff showed no awareness of basic hygiene, which was concerning. The AC was faulty and noisy, making it hard to rest. This is not hospitality. Mistakes happen, but when the room has hygiene issues, used utensils, poor AC, and noisy fans, the hotel should address it, not ignore the guest. This was more than a minor problem; basic cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and service were all lacking. I strongly advise travelers to reconsider booking here. Paying for a room shouldn't mean accepting poor hygiene. I am requesting a full refund as charging for such a stay is unjustified. Management must seriously improve housekeeping, room checks, hygiene, and staff attitude. This experience was unacceptable.

The room interiors were below expectations and the furniture needs to be updated. Since I stayed only for one night, I chose not to complain.

I reserved a standard room, but they gave me an upgraded room with a balcony, which I truly appreciate. However, the service was lacking and they need to improve cleanliness.

This was the worst experience I've had; the rooms do not match the pictures shown, they smell bad, and the bedsheets and pillows were not replaced. The walls were dirty too. When I contacted them, they blocked me and refused to give a refund.

Staff is good , I booked normal room they provide me the balcony one but they have to work on cleanliness
