Worst experience ever. You will book the hotel and the owner simply says they are not accepting any booking from third party and he will not allow you to check in

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026The rooms and location are good, but the staff is very uncooperative. I had to go down to the reception to pick up my food because they refused to let the delivery person bring it to the room and didn't deliver it themselves. I also waited about 15 minutes before check-in, even though my booking was already upgraded due to the closure of the originally booked property. There is no synchronization or update on the portal about whether the property is open. The Dwarka and Mahipalpur locations are nearly closed due to licensing problems, but the portal doesn't reflect this. So, please call the property after booking.
