Dear Management,’I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. While the hotel's location is excellent, the rest of my experience was highly disappointing due to poor maintenance and service.’Firstly, the bathroom in room 306 was in terrible condition. The toilet was choked, which caused a persistent, unpleasant smell to spread into the room.’Secondly, the buffet breakfast was well below average. The menu was highly repetitive, featuring only puri bhaji. Furthermore, the quality was lacking’the milk was incredibly watery and thin, though the juice was acceptable.’Finally, the service at breakfast was exceedingly slow. It did not feel like a true buffet experience because items were not replenished automatically. We had to manually ask for basic items like puri and juice to be refilled while waiting at the counter.Additionally the rotis served during our dinner (veg thali) was disappointing, not in proper shape at all and seems uncooked (adding thali picture).’I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your room maintenance and dining service.
