A beautifully expansive property set in the heart of Gurgaon, yet worlds away from its usual chaos. The architecture carries subtle Middle Eastern influences, with a low-rise, oasis-like design that feels both grand and calming. Wide open spaces, lush landscaping, and thoughtfully placed water features create a rare sense of serenity. It’s impressive how seamlessly design, greenery, and space come together to offer a peaceful retreat within the city.

Trident Gurgaon is a wonderful place to stay. While the rooms are not very large, they are extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it very easy to rest and feel at ease after a long day.The facilities are excellent ’ the gardens, common areas, gym, and pool are all beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. It truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city.What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. Everyone is consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and making you feel very well looked after throughout your stay.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to key areas of Gurgaon while still offering a peaceful and relaxed environment. Overall, a fantastic hotel that combines comfort, great service, and excellent facilities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.The only thing that I would like to see improve is the menu. Would be great to have more European options to eat that it is not pasta/pizza. But the rest is spotless!

My experience have been amazing here, I have mostly stayed at taj and leela s property. I must say all the staffs have been amazing. Mr. Inder have been really supportive, he helped me with my bookings, took care of my stay really well. Mr Diwas from house house keeping was very sweet. I am very happy with my stay. Only drawback was the early morning noises from the corridor woke me up .

The Front Office Manager (whose name I regret I couldn’t recall) handled a few minor concerns with remarkable efficiency, grace, and professionalism.Dining at Cilantro was a delight, thanks to Ria, whose attentiveness, charm, and genuine care elevated the entire experience.A special appreciation to Nitesh and Zeeshan from Housekeeping for maintaining the room to immaculate standards perfectly prepared and tailored to my preferences.Trident, Gurgaon exemplifies understated luxury, thoughtful service, and true hospitality.
