We booked multiple rooms for our wedding guests and had a disappointing experience. The hotel staff was mannerless and rude, refusing to address serious complaints about the hygiene.Rooms were having persistent, foul smell and many lacked basic amenities like clean towels, soap, and fresh bed sheets. To make matters worse, most in-room telephones were non-functional, forcing us to walk to reception for every request’requests which the unhelpful staff ignored anyway. The service and conditions here are a total failure. NOT RECOMMEND for Families/Couples

Disappointing Meal Experience

Went for restaurant to have lunch. Not at all worthy. Ordered dal makhni and it was a liquid, veg kofta- it's gravy wasn't tasted fresh. Ordered Manchow soup and it's fried noodles were raw. I even felt a slight stomach discomfort the next day. The chef is really bad it seems.

Located in one of the Posh Location in Panipat, Rooms are excellent, Service is very good, Food Quality is awesome, customized food given , I asked for non spicy food and they prepared in well manner. Resturant is awesome. Great Stay, Next visit I will definitely consider this place.
