They simply do not care about the guest experience. Our very first message explicitly included the child's details; it was not added "later." Your records of the chat log are either poorly reviewed or deliberately misconstrued.’Second, your investigation completely ignores the two phone calls we had. The "wordplay" and dismissive attitude occurred during 2nd telephonic exchange. When we asked for the child policy, instead of behaving professionally and simply sharing an official link or document’which is not available on your website (or we couldn't find that's why asked)’your staff became defensive and argumentative.’As a frequent traveler who understands hotel management standards, both my family and I immediately felt the lack of professionalism. If a policy exists, share it transparently instead of turning a routine inquiry into a debate. I stand by my review: your service lacks basic soft skills, and this biased corporate response only proves your management is equally defensive.

Had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, all thanks to Mr. Sujay. His behavior is extremely polite and professional, and his hospitality truly stands out. He takes great care of customers and ensures everything is handled smoothly. What impressed me the most is his ability to take the right action at the right time, showing his dedication towards his work. He definitely knows how to treat customers and make them feel valued. Keep up the great work!

The best group LORDS , they have 70 hotels in India & it's a best vegetarian Hotel to stay in Ambaji.Believe me it's superb room , great veg food , nice clean rooms & 5 mnts just half km from Amba mata temple, Ambaji.I stayed here for a night & great breakfast at Rs.350I may call this Hotel as one of the most beautiful and best in Ambaji.Rooms rate 3500 to 4500 too good ’’??

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Maa Ambaji Temple, which made our visit extremely convenient.The food was exceptional with amazing taste, and the restaurant staff had truly pleasant and cordial personalities, making every meal a delightful experience.Overall, a superb, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended for visitors to Ambaji.
