Lords Eco Inn Jamnagar

Location is good and rooms are comfortable, but the service is not up to the hotel standard. The main entrance area has a bad smell due to drainage water, which creates a poor first impression. Food quality is average.

We visited for dinner. Very well maintained restaurant is there. Food is really good and tasty. Staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Appreciated and happy. There is good parking space and a small garden outside, you can experience good seating arrangement under the lights and some swings are available. Overall experience is good and the food is excellent

The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both family and business stays.The food quality is really good with great taste and proper hygiene. The restaurant ambience is also very nice, and service is quick and well-managed. Not recommended. I am stayed there and found there services too slow. I reached at 3:00 pm while they handed over the room at 3:45 pm as there are some marriage group staying and extended there stay post checkout time. This is not my concern as the room should had handed over to me as my check in time was at 2 pm and I reached at 3 pm and not waited for 45 min.Next thing the Set top box is not working and I have to Give three reminder and Shout on reception to be done after 2 hours of check in.Above all the service and the time the take to serve you in restaurant is pathetic. Customer sitting at restaurant is not their preference but the online order is their priority and keeping you waiting even the restaurant is empty or hardly 1-2 table occupied. Food quality good but service and waiting time is too long. Better order online and you will get it on time.My personal experience ’?

Review of Blue Coriander - The RestaurantThe menu has wide spread of delicacies from Indian to International foods. We had Broccoli Almond Soup - it was delicious with balanced taste. Main course - Tandoori Naan and Roti were soft and hot. Sabji was pretty tasty and Dal Tadka was also good.Interior - Setup and Seating arrangements were good. Ambience okayish. Lights were well placed.Staff - Staff was cooperative, polite and ready to serve the table taking feedback of food and any other requirements.
