My overall stay was mixed. I requested early check-in between 7–9 AM through Agoda, subject to availability. At reception, I was told that I would need to pay 1,500 for early check-in, and the way this was communicated felt disrespectful. I was also told that otherwise a room was not available.Even after I agreed to pay the 1,500, I was told I would still have to wait for regular check-in. After I spoke with the manager, he listened to my concern properly and handled the situation professionally. He arranged a room for me without the additional 1,500.I appreciate the manager for resolving the matter, but the initial reception experience was disappointing. The hotel should clearly communicate early check-in charges and handle guests more respectfully.

We stayed at The Sky Imperial Hotel Kailash, Jamnagar for one day on 9th August. The hotel and the room were excellent—clean, comfortable, well-maintained and had a good overall ambience.However, the service was very disappointing. Despite being in the hospitality/service industry, the staff did not appear sufficiently attentive towards guests. We had to wait for assistance, and the overall response from the staff was not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this category.I also noticed that some previous guests had mentioned similar concerns in their reviews, particularly regarding poor service and lack of attention. Unfortunately, it appears that the management has not taken adequate steps to address these recurring issues.The property itself is very good, and with better staff training, guest attention and service management, the hotel can provide a much better experience.Overall, the hotel and room were excellent, but the service quality needs considerable improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the guest experience.

The hotel is ok staff is professional but in my opinion there is required more improvement in the cleaning, During the stay me and my wife notice that there is strong smell in the lift, telephone was not working in our room we several time raise the consern at the reception and restaurant desk but nobody take it seriously like it is normal for those.This is whene we order the food we request to avoid the garlic in the dish cause my wife has alergy by the garlic but whene we received the food that food was full of garlic piece that was like garnish, felt like completely ignored customers problem.
