OUTSIDE THE CITY, BREAKFAST IS GOOD STAFF IS GOOD BUT THE LOACTION IS VERY POOR, FOR SUCH A GREAT NAME LOCATION IS POOR. FELT SCARED AFTER 9 PM AT THE LOCATION

Our stay at this hotel in Jamnagar was extremely disappointing, with multiple issues throughout.First, despite paying the full amount upfront through Agoda, we were asked to pay an additional amount at the reception. This was never mentioned during booking and felt like a scam — whether caused by Agoda or the hotel, it should never have happened.Second, the room itself was very small, the shower didn't work properly, and the staff were slow and understaffed.Third, at checkout we were charged for water bottles we hadn't used, even though they were untouched in the room. This felt like another attempt to extract extra money from guests.Finally, the property looked nothing like the photos online. It's actually connected to a mall, with no security or access checks — anyone from the mall can walk directly into the hotel premises. This is a serious safety concern, especially for families.Overall, a frustrating and unsafe experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
