The check-in experience was smooth . The quality of breakfast and the staff at the restaurant has degraded. Gathiya tasted stale , not much options in a buffet breakfast. Staff arguing about who complained rather than attending the customers . I called up the housekeeping for regular water . The housekeeping never picks up . The restaurant staff just say that the housekeeping will provide you water and then that’s the end of it . There are better hotels in Jamnagar with good breakfast and food for the price . I don’t know how they have degraded so low , but they honestly will have to do something to improve .

Most of other yhings are ok with this hotel except for the aircon. Looks like its filters have not been cleaned in a long time & the air being circulated was stinking.
