The most frustrating part of our stay was the dinner experience. Having dinner included in our booking felt like a mistake’the staff gave off a negative vibe the moment they realized our meal was included, making us feel humiliated and looked down upon. There were no options for starters, and the staff repeatedly pressured us to order a thali. When I asked what else we could choose from the menu, they restricted us to just soup and a main course, reluctantly offering dessert only after I questioned them further. While the food itself tasted good, the service was unacceptable.’The rest of the stay was average at best. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the entrance to open the gate or help with our luggage. In the room, an iron and ironing board were missing, and the iron room service sent up had a burnt surface. The toiletries were also disappointing for a 4-star property’cheap Colgate toothpaste and unbranded, refilled local bottles that I chose not to touch.’The hotel did meet minimum expectations for cleanliness, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, clean rooms are the absolute baseline for a 4-star hotel, and the dreadful dinner service ruined the overall experience.I booked executive room for 3 night stay with breakfast and Dinner.

Good service starts from the gate and this hotel lived up to it. Every staff is very warm, kind and helpful.We stayed here while attending an event at a nearby Military facility that we were invited to.Spacious and well maintained rooms. We didn't expect the rooms to be so well laid out for the price point. Spacious balcony and well appointed bathroom with all amenities.Good room service food from an extensive menu, but slightly expensive.Large buffet breakfast, complimentary with the room, but not compromised. Fresh south indian, north indian and continental counters.

This hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Surrounded by lush greenery with beautiful jungle views, it provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although slightly removed from the city centre, the peaceful location is one of its greatest strengths. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, ample parking, and exceptional service made for an outstanding stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting.

A truly relaxing stay. The highlight was the beautiful jungle view, which made every morning and evening feel peaceful and refreshing. While the hotel is located a little away from the city centre, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the drive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the ample parking is an added convenience. The warm hospitality and attentive service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a comfortable hotel in Dehradun and LP Vilas turned out to be a great choice. The property offers large rooms, ample open spaces, good food, and attentive service. While some renovation work is underway, it did not significantly affect our stay. In fact, considering the discounted room rates, we felt we received far more than what we paid for. A very good option for families and leisure travellers.
