Metro connectivity is good ’ Sector V station is 8-10 mins walk / 3 mins by auto/cab.Pros- Rooms cleaned everyday. Food delivery was quick, breakfast had decent options. Reception staff helpful.Cons: Rooms are compact, no gym/pool.Recommended for business stays in Salt lake Sector V. Lynq Aero delivered to me for 2 weeks straight. Clean, efficient, no drama stay.

My stay at Lynq Aero was truly excellent. As a first-time visitor to Kolkata, I felt completely at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of Supriya, Rakesh, and Aaftab, who went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Room service was prompt and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were well-furnished, clean, and maintained to a high standard. The overall experience was extremely pleasant, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality provided. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros :1. The location is very good.2. Room Size sufficient.3. Ventilation in the room is good.4. The view from the room (607) is beautiful.5. Staff behaviour is polite, whoever was available.Cons :Terrible experience from the check-in to check out -1. The hotel was not prepared for receiving guests. Room booked for 3 adult guests, but room was prepared for one guest.2. No one was there at the reception to help the luggage to the room at check in.3. Free wifi written in MakeMyTrip, but signal was absent in the room.4. Toiletries included One Shampoo, One conditioner, One Soap, One dental kit, One bath towel only for three adult guests. No Shaving kit, No Liquid body wash, No handwash liquid, No hand towel etc.5. Mineral water only 01 Litre provided for 3 adults. Had to buy Mineral water seperately.6. Slippers not there, but was promised in MakeMyTrip.7. Borrowing Newspaper to room was denied from reception. But, was promised in MakeMyTrip.8. Bedsheets provided were stained with unknown material.9. Extra matress was provided, but had to lie on floor on the matress as extra Single Bed was denied.10. NOT a CHILD FRIENDLY HOTEL at all.

The hotel offers ample rooms with a pleasant and welcoming ambience. Its easily accessible location adds to the convenience for guests. Overall, it is a great choice for hosting functions and events.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kolkata for a wedding, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The property is very well-furnished and beautifully maintained. The rooms were neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Adequate toiletries were provided, the mattress was extremely comfortable, and the lighting in the room was just perfect. I especially loved the huge window, which offered great ventilation and made the room feel bright and fresh.The food deserves a special mention. The restaurant served absolutely delicious meals. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, and both lunch and dinner were equally impressive ’ everything was perfectly prepared and up to the mark.Room cleaning services were always provided on time, and the staff was polite, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything about this hotel was top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata!
