Very unsatisfactory experience with Lynq Aero Kolkata. My fiance paid ₹1.2 lakh as an advance. Despite multiple follow-ups through email and WhatsApp, we never got an invoice or booking confirmation. Taking such a large payment without proper paperwork caused major concerns. We cancelled more than 1.5 months ahead and even asked to adjust the amount for our wedding booking, but they refused. We did not use any of their services, yet there was no flexibility or assistance. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of transparency. Always make sure to get written documentation before paying any advance. Please be cautious and demand written proof when booking. This was a complete fraud and lack of transparency that we encountered.

I want to talk about my unsatisfactory experience with Lynq Hotel, Kolkata. I paid ₹1,20,000 in advance for an event, but despite sending many emails and following up repeatedly, I never received an official receipt for this payment. Later, due to unavoidable reasons, I informed the hotel about 1.5 months before the event that it was cancelled. Even with this advance notice, my refund was not processed. During our talks, I was told verbally that the amount could be used for future bookings, but when I tried to use this adjustment, the hotel did not honor their promise. As a customer, I expected clear communication, proper payment documentation, and fair handling of either a refund or the commitment made to me. I am sharing this so others can decide wisely and to urge Lynq Hotel to handle this professionally and resolve it promptly.

Very disappointed with the management and staff's unprofessional behavior. The service is terrible, and the staff are rude and unwilling to address customer concerns. They always have excuses to avoid helping guests. The refrigerator was broken, no ice cubes were available, and they couldn't even provide cold water. This is the worst place to stay. If you want a friendly and welcoming experience, avoid this hotel. The service is poor and handled by an unprofessional, rude team. Staff members Sugato and Sanath were very disrespectful, and the manager Ashish was equally rude and did not solve any problems. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Special thanks to Mr. Tarun Pal and Sandhya Ghost, the room attendant, for being very polite and professional. Much appreciated.

The stay was excellent with a pleasant atmosphere, tasty food, and great service. The staff, especially Mr. Rakesh and Miss Supriya, were very supportive. Overall, it was a positive experience. 👌
