Highly recommend this hotel for budget travellers. It is very clean and the staff are incredibly cooperative. The only thing to consider is the room size. It is on the smaller side—perfectly fine for a couple, but likely too small for a family. However, considering the cheap price, it is an absolute steal!

We reserved a room at Hotel Super Collection O in Chinar Park, Kolkata, but mistakenly booked for the wrong date. We asked them to either change the date or refund us, but the hotel deliberately held onto my booking and did not process the date change or refund. The hotel began blaming us. It was a terrible experience with Hotel Super Collection O in Chinar Park, Kolkata. (They cheated me and took my money.) Avoid this hotel. The location is good, but the management and service are extremely poor. Boycott this hotel.
