Amar Tree Express Hotel

Staff showed very poor behavior.

I often stay at this hotel, but it seems there has been a change in staff. Previously, they accommodated my early arrivals, but recently the staff have been quite rude. I encountered a new receptionist named Sayantan who was very impolite and spoke in a harsh manner. I do not recommend this place anymore because before booking, I specifically asked about early check-in, but after booking, he told me to wait until 11 AM. After a long, tiring journey, I had to wait until 11 to get my room. I could have checked with other hotels beforehand if they would have refused early check-in. The staff behavior was very disappointing.

The rooms and location are adequate. However, I experienced poor service. I asked for RO water, but the room service boy would only provide up to 2 liters. When I questioned this, he told me to fetch the water myself. This was quite an unexpected way to be treated. Another issue was the WIFI, which was only working at 2G speed.

The booking representative at the reception showed very poor behavior. Yesterday, I came to book 10 rooms, but the staff acted as if they were not interested at all and even tried to humiliate me by shouting.

I was honored to hold my daughter's rice ceremony at Amar Banquets. Right from the start, they explained everything thoroughly, offered food tastings, and always served us with a smile, making it a wonderful experience. The rooms are excellent and reasonably priced. The food is delicious. I strongly suggest Amar Banquets as the preferred venue for any event.
