Everything was not up that level of three stars. It is actually a old type of hotel old type of room, size was not good that roof is very near. Bathrooms were not so good.

Exceptional service by the team. I lost a valuable asset. But through their great assistance & co-operation I got it back. They found & contacted me even after the day of incidence. Kudos to all of them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gateway Continental and had a largely enjoyable experience. The hotel’s prime location’either close to the airport, local markets, or major city attractions’made getting around incredibly convenient.Upon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering helpful tips for getting around. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished, with a cozy bed and functional amenities like a reliable Wi-Fi connection and hot water throughout the stay.One of my favorite parts was the breakfast (or dining): a nice variety of options, both local flavors and international staples, served fresh and with attentive service. The hotel’s common areas’like the lobby or seating spots’offered a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring.A few small improvements would elevate the experience to 5 stars:Soundproofing could be better’you could occasionally hear voices or traffic from the hallway.Some furnishings felt slightly dated, so a bit of refreshment would be welcome.On a busy day, service during peak breakfast hours was a little slow, but staff remained polite throughout.All in all, Hotel Gateway Continental offers great value, combining comfort, friendly service, and convenience’making it a strong choice if you're traveling to this area.

My parents had been there twice in 6 months before taking their flight from Kolkata airport.Their service was truly exceptional! From the moment they arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to their every need.The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. But what really stood out was the wonderful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure their stay was perfect, and their friendly smiles and helpful nature made them feel right at home.I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay near airport.
