They want 1200 rs for non ac room but in oyo it is 700 and they ask for extra money. I called oyo customer care but the lady refused to talk and cut the hotel phone. So oyo customer care can't reach them. The lady at reception is very rude and doesn't know how to speak. I am with my family and she is behaving badly...
