I recently booked a room for my daughter’s exams between 22/01/26 and 28/01/26. The booking process was done by mr. Mohammed Habeeb and the process was very quick and easy. The hotel is very near to Apollo hospital. The food was good. It was easy to get cabs and autos. The facilities were good. The staff were very courteous and efficient.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The check-in was smooth, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food tasted really good. However, I had a very bad experience during my stay ’ I found a metal scrubber piece in my food, which I had almost swallowed. I informed the waiter and manager immediately, and while they apologized, such an incident is extremely unexpected from a reputed hotel.Despite that, I didn’t create any scene and chose to stay calm. But the next day after checkout, when I requested a room just for 10 minutes to freshen up and change clothes before my late-night train, they refused. Considering the unpleasant experience I already had, I expected at least some courtesy or basic hospitality.Also, sanitary items were not available in the room and were not provided even after requesting them from housekeeping.Overall, the stay had good aspects, but the negligence in service and lack of empathy after such incidents were very disappointing. Hence, giving 3 stars.

On behalf of Mr Harry from Mauritius Island, I would like to highly recommend Mango suites where he stayed for 10 days. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant was impeccable. The staff was always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Ritik from housekeeping team for his awesome service!

I had the worst experience at this property. Prior to my arrival, I specifically asked the hotel staff to ensure that the room would be thoroughly cleaned, as I was recovering from an illness. Despite this, upon entering the room I was appalled to find:’Heavy dust accumulation on the ceiling fan and headboard, making it impossible to use the fan without spreading dust everywhere.’Filthy lamp bases covered in sticky fingerprints.’Cockroaches in the bathroom.’Bedsheets with visible stains.It was very clear that the room had not been cleaned in weeks.After repeated complaints, hotel staff brought in someone with a large pesticide sprayer strapped to his back. He began spraying in the room right in front of me, despite my presence and health concerns. The strong chemical odor filled the space immediately, and although he claimed he never pressed the spray button, the smell proved otherwise. Being forced to inhale pesticide fumes was unsafe and completely unacceptable.I asked for an upgraded or alternative room, but I was told none were available, something I find very hard to believe given the size of the property. Instead, they told me to wait while they cleaned the same contaminated room. At that point, I left the hotel immediately and booked another property 20 minutes away at my own expense.This reservation was made through Hotels.com. I have already filed a complaint, but the hotel continues to refuse a refund, insisting that I should return so they can ’clean the room.’ That response is both dismissive and insulting.I am requesting a full refund for my entire stay. The room was unsanitary, unsafe, and uninhabitable. No guest should ever have to experience this. This is not considered a hotel, this is below motel standards.
