The rooms were fantastic. The staff provided quick and friendly service. Dining was a wonderful experience with high-quality food. We had two dinner options: a buffet at 660₹ plus taxes or ordering from the à la carte menu. We chose the latter, which was a great decision price-wise since we got exactly what we wanted instead of the buffet. The butter naan, butter chicken, malai tikka, and watermelon juice made a perfect combination. The restaurant service was very professional and convenient. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free; you could share your ID via WhatsApp or email. The hotel also offers basement parking. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, the AC worked excellently, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Terrible Hotel Experience

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The food was very low quality and not worth the cost. The room also fell short—cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition were well below what I expected. What made it worse was the indifferent and careless behavior of the staff. They didn't properly address the issues and showed no interest in helping. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer care. Considering the price, the hotel should offer much better food, well-kept rooms, and courteous service. I wouldn't suggest staying here to anyone. Save your money and find a better place.
