I was traveling with my elderly parents and children.We had to go to borra caves aswell . So the plan was to drop my parents at the hotel and we go to the caves.First we have to climb up stairs until the lobby .Then after checking in I asked if someone could help with the luggage and he said there is no one to help and he did not offer to help.the Wi-Fi was pathetic.It’s rubbed by a couple and the wife was definitely better and helpful than the husband.It’s just them two running the whole thing with just one helper. There is no phone in the room for us to call the lobby.The room was decent and clean but nothing like in the pictures .There is no parking available.I have a Honda and I was asking for parking and the guy started saying that even Audi’s and BMW’s park there so Honda should not have a problem which was a little offensive and rude.
