I have stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I have taken executive room. The rooms are very good, clean. The service is also good. Due to lack of supply of commercial cylinders the food at this hotel has been stopped. The staff are very good. The reception desk staff are very humble, polite. Hygiene is ’? over here. Mangalore Central railway station is just opposite.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help, which really enhanced the overall experience.The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. The food was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the service was prompt.Overall, it’s a great place to stay with a pleasant atmosphere and good value for money. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and courteous. Location is right outside Mangaluru Central railway station so very convenient for train travellers. Didn’t have a breakfast plan so cannot comment on the food but there are good restaurants close by. Free wifi is available with good speed. One thing I found funny is that they charged me for drinking water bottles which I felt should be complimentary, one half litre bottle per guest per day. Anyway a good place to stay if you are travelling by train.

The stay was good . I really want to give 5/5 stars to The Receptionist Mr Sumanth who helped me in everything . Our services were just a few second away after calling him . The Hospitality he provided to me was really excellent . The Hotel location is good .’’??But their female receptionist I dont remember her name , We had a really bad experience with her . First she gave us a room Which was making a lot of noise ’’?? because of some repair work being done at hotel . Not only this she charged us Rs 600 for that room which gave us no worth as We gad early checkin of only 3 hours earlier . She just took advantage of our situation and overpriced us. She also argued with us that It is our mistake to take that room. What a joke ’’??. The hotel needs to check with this kind of staff . Rest everything was nice .5 stars to MR SUMANTH ..’’??

Great Spacious Stay

Stayed here for a trip to mangalore and I must say that my stay here was really worth it. The rooms were spacious, really clean and beautiful to begin with. The service was top notch, all our requests were taken care of in a very prompt manner. Special mention to Mr Sumanth who was extremely kind and accommodating which made our travel really easy. They have a very pleasant staff here as well.
