Don't book online without seeing the place.It's like haunted place. Dim lights, only receptionist there, no guests, total empty premises.Restaurant not operational.

I have booked this property on make my tripBut after long travel of 6 hrs from Nagpur it's sheer disappointment... Rooms are good but no service no restuarant...i ask for same they asked us to go GLEN VIEW for restaurant...I came for enjoying holiday no to go 200 mtr away for eateryNot done ..make my trip fooled us ...by not furnishing full informationI asked them to shift my room to glen view' they didn't coperate

Disappointing Stay Experience

I booked this place through Make My Trip, but after a long 6-hour journey from Nagpur, I was really disappointed. The rooms are nice, but there is no service and no restaurant. When I asked about it, they told us to go to GLEN VIEW for dining. I came here to enjoy my holiday, not to walk 200 meters just to eat. This is not acceptable. Make My Trip misled us by not providing complete information. I requested to move my room to Glen View, but they were uncooperative.
