I was overcharged for Rs 1000 for 1 extra bed. However ac suite room already was for 3 persons as can be verified from the room details. Also staff was not well trained for quick customer service. I need my refund of extra money charged

We visited this place to eat while going back to Bhopal from Sanchi. It is located centrally and spacious place. Food is good and multiple options for veg and non veg available here. Service is good and they make you frleel welcomed.

Disappointing Dining Experience

I had a very disappointing experience while dining here. The food quality and service did not meet expectations for a dine-in restaurant. What bothered me even more was the billing ’ the GST charges seemed higher than what should normally be applied, which felt unfair and unclear.As a customer, I expect transparency in pricing and proper service when dining in. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to that. I hope the management reviews their billing practices and improves the service for future customers.

Disappointing Stay Despite Location

Large area with prime location, but very poorly maintained and lacks basic service. Having stayed at other MPT properties, even remote properties like Madhai and Tawa are well maintained and offer good services. Half the items in the food menu were not available, the staff was cold and unwelcoming, bathrooms were unclean and there was seepage through the room walls. The property boasts of a gym and sauna - the equipments and weights in the gym have been completely eaten up by rust and the sauna is a store room - atleast remove mentions of services that you don't have. In a place like Sanchi, which has decent tourist footfall, it's disappointing to see an MPT property falling to such standards, despite the advantage of the area and prime location.

Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
