Good Family friendly place with calm surroundings and huge water body behind the property. River side rooms have an awesome view. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.

My stay at MPT deserves 3.5/5.I stayed here from 31 July to 1 August 2026 to celebrate my birthday. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It has the potential to be a 10/10 destination, but unfortunately poor maintenance and inconsistent guest service reduced what could have been a memorable experience.The food was genuinely excellent, and the restaurant staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. The room was decent for the price, but it lacked a few basic amenities such as room slippers, an electric kettle, and a shaving kit. The room lighting was also inadequate. The swimming pool changing room had a broken door, and the lights and fans were not working, making it dark and uncomfortable to use even during the daytime.Our experience with the reception was disappointing. Before our stay, our WhatsApp queries regarding the booking went unanswered. During check-in, the reception staff were not welcoming. Since the property is in a remote area with poor mobile network coverage, I requested the Wi-Fi password to forward my ID documents. Instead of assisting, I was simply told, "Likha to hua hai waha." A little courtesy would have made a much better first impression.One uncomfortable experience involved the luggage attendant. On both arrival and departure, he remained with us even after completing his work and politely being told he could leave. He only left after receiving a tip. I appreciate rewarding good service, but tipping should always be voluntary and guests should never feel obligated.The biggest concern was the overall maintenance. There were holes in the lawn, exposed electrical wires, broken garden lights, poorly maintained outdoor furniture, and a gazebo in poor condition. The gym, indoor play area, and kids' zone also had non-functional lights, making these facilities feel neglected. Even the waterfall feature in the swimming pool had to be switched on only after we requested it.The surroundings are one of the property's biggest strengths. The drive to Gandhi Sagar Dam is beautiful, and the peaceful natural environment makes the location truly special. We also spotted langurs and a monitor lizard around the property. While this added to the wilderness experience, I believe guests should be informed about possible wildlife movement within the premises and appropriate safety measures should be in place.Finally, this property is located in a remote area, so having your own vehicle is essential. Walking to or from the main entrance is not practical due to the distance and isolated location.This review is not intended to blame any individual employee. It is shared in the hope that the management will address these issues and maintain this beautiful property to the standard it deserves. I would genuinely like to revisit in the future, because with better maintenance, improved hospitality, and attention to detail, this could easily become one of the finest MP Tourism properties.Thank you.

Ghumne ke liye yeh jagah bahut acchi hai, aap apne parivaar aur doston ke saath yahan maza kar sakte hain...Mujhe yeh jagah bahut pasand aayi.

Rooms and food are great, but maintenance is needed in many areas.
