Service was below expectations, but the location was excellent. The rooms are great.

The room and bathroom were in very poor condition. The AC was leaking, and when I requested a room change, I was told that all rooms had the same AC leakage problem. The toilet and bathroom lacked proper water facilities, and the taps did not work well. The staff were the only positive aspect, but overall, I do not recommend this place and advise not to trust the misleading ratings.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the place feels more suited for weddings than for typical hotel guests. However, they did allow us to bring our pet dog.

Avoid this hotel at all costs; there is only one staff member handling everything. It's the most unhygienic place I've encountered, supposedly for wedding guests, but they don't clean for new arrivals. The chairs are filthy and unusable. Sheets and pillowcases are not changed. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, so we had to leave immediately due to the filth. The rooms have a bad smell, with hair and dirt on the beds, and the chairs are very dirty. The AC was broken, and there was no room service staff. Overall, a terrible experience. Do not stay here.
