Neemrana's Tijara Fort Palace

Had a wonderful stay at Neemrana Tijara Fort. The beautiful heritage architecture, peaceful surroundings, and warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!

Great location. The staff was courteous and very supportive overall but the food was Pretty bad. Tried Chinese continental and Indian snacks in dinner. Bf has limited options but not even 1 item was tasty. Fridge in my room didn’t work, I did not report it but then these things some be checked before hand. AC of my other room didn’t work. Complaint thrice and finally shouted to get the room changed, wasted one hour !

This place is great for a staycation for those living in NCR, Jaipur. I rate it 3/5 mainly because we visited Neemrana Fort Palace last year, and their hospitality was truly exceptional, which Tijara lacked. There were definitely some positives and negatives here - Pros: 1. The room was huge compared to the same category room at Neemrana. 2. The fort is larger than Neemrana Fort Palace and other heritage sites we've stayed at, with several separate heritage buildings, some recently built, and not too many stairs, which is good. 3. They offer a golf cart service for elderly and those in need, which we used since we had an infant. The dining area and our room in Mardana Mahal are about 200m apart. 4. Breakfast was good. Cons: 1. Hi Tea was served outdoors in July, which is not ideal due to humidity (Neemrana had an AC hall for this). 2. The swimming pool wasn't ready on time in the morning; cleaning was still going on at 7:45am, though timings said 7am. 3. Some minor issues - when we asked for an exit route, the staff didn't know and took us a longer way; the fort tour guide spoke only to a small group of 3-4 people instead of the full 15. 4. At checkout, when asked if we liked the stay and we gave a somewhat negative response, they didn't want to continue the conversation. 5. Getting to the fort involves a 500m steep uphill car ride on a rural track without fences, which can be risky. Note: If you've stayed at Neemrana Fort Palace, Tijara might feel like a downgrade in breakfast variety and hospitality, so maybe visit Tijara first. Apart from that, it's a decent stay at a beautiful property near NCR.

We had a wonderful stay at Tijara Fort Palace, and our room at Anjum Mahal was beautiful, spacious, and full of heritage charm. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the high tea experience. The palace is incredibly well maintained, with stunning architecture and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

A truly lovely and roomy spot to stay for a day or a week, especially for those who enjoy heritage properties like I do. I stayed in one of the rooms in Khajoor Mahal, which had views of beautiful palm trees and a large Aravalli mountain that seemed as if it was trying to walk into our room. The dining area (I can't recall its name) is beautifully decorated with blue and white interiors, giving it an Arabic vibe amidst the green desert (though deserts are usually brown). I visited two years ago and would love to return. They have the Marigold Bar offering pricey drinks, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff seems a bit inexperienced.
