Guldaar Sariska - A Luxury Forest Retreat

I want to share my honest feedback about my recent stay at Guldaar Resort Sariska. We traveled from Delhi seeking a luxurious place for a weekend getaway. Coming from a hospitality background, I pay close attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality. I found Guldaar Resort Sariska through a Google search and booked a very attractive MAP package directly with the owners. Mr. Vaibhav helped me professionally throughout the booking process, which was quick, easy, and customer-friendly. We arrived on July 18, 2026, and were greeted by the front desk staff with a welcome drink. The resort is conveniently located near the main Sariska Tehla gate, just a few kilometers away. The entire staff is professional and attentive to guest needs. The resort is only 1.5 years old and well maintained. Our spacious room had a private pool and a view of the Aravali forest. The food was excellent in quality and taste. I personally met the chef and complimented him on the dishes prepared for guests. I highly recommend this resort for a staycation and want to acknowledge the outstanding service from Vikas, Chef Jagram, Bhoopsingh, Kailash, Krishan, and Deepak. Well done, everyone, keep it up!

We recently stayed at Guldaar Sariska after learning it is a luxury retreat set in a forest. We paid extra for rooms with a private pool, expecting to use it when the main pool was closed. However, the private pool was poorly maintained and had muddy, dark water. This made us regret choosing the private pool option. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was quite average with limited choices. The food was not served hot, and some items were not replenished even after requesting. Although the resort promotes itself as a Luxury Retreat in the Forest, we did not find it luxurious, especially given the 10K price for one room. The staff also need training on guest interaction and service, particularly when guests pay rates comparable to 4 or 5 star hotels.

Staying here was really enjoyable. The staff are very kind and helpful. The nights are quiet and peaceful. The property is clean and conveniently located. Thanks, Vikas ji.
