The rooms and property are nice, but the management is problematic. The waiters lack proper hospitality training. Calls to reception or room service often go unanswered. Getting water delivered to the room is difficult. They charge very high prices for food, which is of poor quality. The buffet is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 15k hotel room. Towels are not provided at the pool, and there is no soap dispenser at the basin. I could list more issues, but the main point is they seem focused on charging as much as possible while doing the minimum required. They should either lower their prices or improve their service. The property has great potential, but management must prioritize customer experience. Wishing them the best.

I would not recommend Vanaashrya to anyone based on our experience.We booked 4 rooms for a group of 12 people, paying around ’13,000 per room, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked even basic hospitality.Something as simple as getting our water bottles refilled was a hassle. Instead of room service, we had to walk to the reception every time to get them filled. That is unacceptable for a property charging this priceAt breakfast, I politely requested a hot paratha.The staff’s response was, ’Jo hai buffet mein hai.’ When I asked if the parathas were at least hot, the staff member actually raised their voice and replied, ’Aur kaisa hoga’? This kind of behaviour towards guests is completely unprofessional and left us shocked.The property itself also has very little to offer. If you are traveling with kids, there is practically nothing for them to do except walk around the jungle. If you are visiting with a large group of friends or family, there isn’t even a proper common space where everyone can sit together, relax, and spend time.There is no noteworthy view, no memorable amenities, and certainly nothing that justifies the premium price we paid.Lastly, the food was another major disappointment. The quality and taste were poor, and combined with the rude service, every meal became an unpleasant experience.Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. Poor service, rude staff, lack of basic facilities, no activities, no views, and disappointing food. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this property.

A beautiful property surrounded by nature, with peacocks roaming around’our little one absolutely loved it! ’’??The entire place offers peaceful, nature-filled vibes, complemented by the warm and exceptional hospitality of the staff.The rooms deserve a 5/5’they're spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.The food was 3/5 overall, but the desserts were absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of the dining experience. ’’A perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind amidst nature with your family.It has swimming pool and a small gym too with a child play area too.

A stunning property set in nature, where peacocks wander freely—our child really enjoyed it! 🦚💚 The whole environment is calm and filled with natural beauty, enhanced by the friendly and outstanding staff hospitality. The rooms are excellent, earning a 5/5 for their spaciousness, comfort, and upkeep. The food rated 3/5 overall, but the desserts stood out as the best part of the meal. ❤️ It's an ideal spot for a family retreat to relax surrounded by nature. The hotel also features a swimming pool, a small gym, and a children's play area.
