Nestlay Suites by TC One

Many goof ups from the side of front desk staffs including room swaps. We had booked suite room but were given deluxe room upon arrival. They realized tge mistake after sometime and we had to change rooms and it delayed us attending the function on time.

This hotel was outstanding in every way. The atmosphere is lovely, and the whole place is well-maintained and spotless. The staff are courteous and consistently greet guests with friendly smiles. An excellent option for any traveler.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Nestley Suites. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the staff were very kind and supportive during my visit. The place was well kept, with a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. It's certainly a wonderful spot to stay, and I would gladly return. Strongly recommended!

The rooms and location are good, as this is a fairly new hotel, and it is close enough to walk to Hilite Mall. However, the stay was frustrating overall. Room service was lacking, and the night shift staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Parking facilities could be better. The biggest problem was the air conditioning system: whenever the main power went out and the hotel switched to generator power, the AC would turn off and had to be manually turned back on. This happened often after midnight, disturbing sleep and making the stay uncomfortable. When we reported this to reception, they just told us to turn the AC back on ourselves. The key card system was also troublesome, as the card frequently needed reactivation after leaving the room, causing multiple waits at reception daily. Sometimes, even after reactivation, the card malfunctioned and required another trip to reception. For a hotel, convenience and hospitality are as important as the rooms themselves. While the property and location are good, the overall guest experience needs a lot of improvement.
