Niyatma Wayanad Premium Resort

Nice resort in the middle of coffee plantation.Require a better maintenance.Staff are well mannered and Breakfast menu should be better like buffet one,due to less guest we were served ala carte type menu.

I enjoyed a great time at Niyatma Resort with my friends. The hospitality stood out as the best part of our visit. The resort is lovely, with roomy and cozy rooms, and cleanliness was top-notch. The meals were very tasty, and all the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. In general, it was an excellent stay, and I strongly suggest this place to anyone wanting a peaceful and unforgettable visit.

Very poor management. Our experience was quite frustrating as the guests above us were dancing, jumping, and making loud noises late at night. Due to inadequate soundproofing and the building's design, the noise was very disturbing, preventing us from sleeping. We reported the issue to management several times, asking them to intervene or reduce the noise, but nothing was done. We also asked to be moved to another room, but our request was denied. A hotel should guarantee a quiet environment for its guests, but the management failed to address this properly, ruining our stay.

Our visit to Niyatma Resort in Muttil was thoroughly disappointing due to poor management. We reserved an Aqua Room on the ground floor for a quiet and comfortable stay with our elderly parents. However, the room above was occupied by a group of intoxicated bachelors who played loud music, danced nonstop, and caused heavy thumping noises late into the night. The vibrations and footsteps were so strong it felt like the false ceiling might fall. Rest was impossible. The worst part was the hotel's reaction. Instead of asking the noisy guests to stop or enforcing rules, they told us to change rooms. Why should rule-abiding guests be disturbed because of others' bad behavior? A resort that can't guarantee peace and safety for families, especially with elderly parents, has failed its basic duty. This ruined our stay. I wouldn't suggest this resort to families seeking a peaceful holiday until management prioritizes responsible guest conduct over avoiding conflict.
