Such a wonderful staff.From the reception staff to hotel staff & front door security, everyone was so helpful and supportive.Thanks to Krithika in the reception for such a welcoming gesture with your cute smile. I spoke with her initially to know the prices and all. She explained everything in detail.Thanks to manager ma'am in the kitchen for servicing us food with such a kind smiles. ( Sorry I forgot to ask your name).And coming to the hotel, it was outstanding. Rooms were pretty clean and good odour.Washrooms were very neat.Hot water was 24/7 available.ACs were working fantastic.Floors were neat and clean.Restaurant food was authentic.Thanks to chef so preparing such tasty dishes.I had buffet breakfast and Mutton Ghost dum biryani.I absolutely felt like a Authentic Biryani.All the dishes were tasty and wonderful.All good.Highly recommend.Price was affordable with respect to the hotel.

i frequently visit Ocean Pearl Inn in Mangalore, and every time the experience has been wonderful. A special mention to Milan from the restaurant ’ he is always extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming. He consistently checks if we need anything and makes sure we’re comfortable without being intrusive.It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy taking care of guests. His warm attitude and professionalism really elevate the dining experience. Thank you, Milan, for your excellent service. Looking forward to visiting again!

I’m writing this review to share a disappointing experience during our recent stay at Ocean Pearl Inn, Mangalore.The stay and room service were good overall. However, the lack of empathy and coordination from some staff members was very upsetting.After our flight, we requested laundry service at night. The reception informed us that if we kept the laundry outside, it would be collected and returned by 8:30 AM. My roommate and I placed our laundry outside within a 5-minute gap. Her laundry was picked up on time, but mine was not.Even after calling and informing reception that my laundry was outside, it was still not collected. The next morning, when I followed up, I was told it was not ready and was INDIRECTLY BLAMED for giving it late ’ which was not true.After a lot of discussion, they agreed to take action. What disappointed me more was the attitude at reception. Instead of listening and understanding the urgency (we had a flight to catch), it felt like our concern was not taken seriously. Mr. ATHUL KUMAR response and expressions came across as lacking empathy.We literally had to rush to catch our flight because of this delay.I usually enjoy staying at Ocean Pearl Inn, but this experience has made me rethink. I hope the management ensures better coordination and trains staff to handle guests’ concerns with more empathy and professionalism.
