The worst hotel, I have never seen. Maintinance is not good, bath rooms worst, food is not good, we booked 12 rooms, all rooms are not hygienic.

Orchard hotel is pleasantly nice. Reception and staff are friendly and even as a walk-in customer they were prompt and welcoming at check in. Rooms are decently furnished and equipped with basic amenities. Toilets are small and door ’? is uncomfortably situated. Functional restaurant provides excellent food and drinks. Common spaces and rooms are clean. Nice, quiet stay is provided at this hotel. Parking space beneath lobby safeguards vehicles from street traffic.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing and frustrating.For a hotel charging ’3.5k per night, the cleanliness, infrastructure, and service were shockingly poor.Examples:1. The room looked unsanitized. When I raised it, staff claimed "all rooms look like this but are clean"’make of that what you will.2. I ordered dinner twice; both times the staff rudely commented on leftover food. I had requested half portions earlier, which they refused, yet judged me for not finishing.3. Rooms look old, poorly maintained.There are no tiles on the bathroom floor. Flush doesn't work properly.The staff at th reciption and the staff serving during the morning hours is decent. But of course couldn't compensate for the rest of the poor quality of affairs.The only positive is the location’but there are many better hotels nearby in the same price range.

First of all, I would recommend the Hotel to rename their Tagline from 'Feel the Luxury' to 'Feel the Pain' because the kind of service this hotel provide is no less than a pain. Let me give point wise experience of me and my Family during my Check-in, Stay and Check-out:1. Before Check-In we had clearly finalized the price with Hotel and had shared the total number of guests including Kids however at the Check - In when we reiterated the same, the Hotel desk never informed us that they would charge us extra for Kids though we had booked rooms with King Sized bed.2. During the stay, we did not have pleasant experience because one of the rooms had seapage on walls which have bad odour while another room had leakage from roof and the water kept dripping through out the night.3. Also the room service experience was unpleasant one since we were very tired and hence ordered food in room and to our utter surprise the Tandoori Roti which they charge as Rs.45/- per roti were rubbery and we could barely chew .4. Also there are frequent power cuts over here and the Lift back up is so very pathetic that we were locked inside the dark lift for sometime and despite me pressing the Alarm bell inside the lift, no one came even to enquire if we were safe. So one can imagine what kind of service and hospitality you can expect from this pathetic hotel staff.5. Last but none the least the Check- out was worst since we kept arguing the hotel charges agreed before Check- In and now after Check- Out which wasted our time since we were to visit Sangam Ghat and famous Hanuman Temple before we could board our train. This resulted in keeping our Taxis wait for almost 40 minutes or so and hence we reached Hanuman Temple late and the gates were closed so we had to leave for Railway Station without offering prayers at Hanuman Temple since it was Saturday.Overall this pilgrimage of my family which started on a good note at Banaras ended up on a very bad note at Prayagraj because of unethical bahavior of Hotel Orchard One. I would like to name this Hotel as 'Hotel Orchard NONE' since I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
