If I could rate this place with negative stars, I would. The main problem was the staff. We asked a day before if wifi was available since we needed to work, and they said yes, so we booked a room. When we arrived and asked about wifi again, they told us to pay first. After paying, they said the wifi recharge wasn't done yet and promised to fix it. We waited about two hours and called multiple times, but nothing happened. They didn't provide the promised service and were very rude. We ended up leaving and had to take half a day off work. Also, the rooms are very small and they use a cheap room freshener that triggers migraines. The worst part was the staff's attitude—they acted like they were doing us a favor. I suggest saving your money and going to GA10 castle instead; although they have maintenance issues in the off-season, their staff is very good and compensate for technical problems. To the owner: if many guests complain about your staff, maybe you should reconsider your hiring choices.

I booked the most expensive rooms (6k, discounted due to off season). The view from the beach-facing rooms is stunning, and the beach is very easily accessible. However, that's where the positives stop. The rooms have small AC units that can't cool the large rooms properly during the day. There is absolutely no room service—no phone to call for even a bottle of water. Since these rooms are at the top and there is no elevator, you have to climb several staircases for everything. The location is very remote, which would be fine if room service was available.

Not suitable for families. The service is poor and they make you wait at the reception. Everything else is just okay.
