Very conveniently located close to the highway. Clean big rooms - should do something about the mosquitoes though. Breakfast spread is impressive, can reduce oil a bit. Sea food options not available.

Very comfortable rooms, reasonable price, ambience is very very good, restaurant is nice and food quality as well as price both good, staff are very down to earth and overall service is excellent, myself stayed for two days with family and remember the stay and we will stay here whenever we visit belagavi

A naturally beautiful location that provided the perfect setting for my daughter’s wedding. Hosting such a significant event here turned out to be a truly wonderful experience.The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring comfort for all our guests. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile.What stood out most was the management’s thoughtful approach ’ they put themselves in the guests’ shoes, anticipated our needs well in advance, and offered timely guidance. This was especially valuable as it was the first large-scale event I had hosted.Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this place for similar events.

Good location, old property, same breakfast menu everyday.Food ordered chicken curry- was stale - when complained was told thats how the curry tastes.Upset with the inefficient staff at the front desk.I was asked to pay for two nights of stay for my 9 year old child ad an additional guest.Without my permission during check in whereas the policy states 10 years and above to be charged as additional guest.Overpaid 1800 fr that.Next, they even charged me for extra bed of ’1600.After I asked for why I was charged double, the staff said- thats how it is. He said you dont know how hotels work.Also when asked to show where the washroom is- for my child I was asked to go upstairs to a far off secluded areaLater found out that there was a functional one available on the same floor which he did not choose to mention.Terribly upset with the careless nature of the tenured old staffI was asked to pay the bill and check the details later on my journey back. Totally unprofessional staff.

Pai Resort is a good place for hosting small weddings and other functions. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and hygiene standards are good. The location of the resort is convenient. However, the food quality could be improved, as it was not up to the mark.
