Overall, our stay had its positives—the rooms were quite comfortable, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. However, the experience was let down by inconsistent policies and poor communication regarding meal charges for kids.We were charged extra for tea and breakfast for our child, who is under eight years old, with the explanation that this was a property-specific policy rather than standard Radisson guidelines. Surprisingly, during dinner, the dining team informed us that there are actually no charges for young children.I requested an email from the hotel during our stay to clarify the official policy, but they never sent it. Dealing with conflicting information from different staff members and a lack of clear follow-through was disappointing.It’s a comfortable hotel, but management really needs to align their team on property policies and improve communication with guests.
