Terrible experience. I booked a room two days in advance, but when I arrived today, they said there were no rooms available. They left us stranded on the street with our luggage and family. The prior booking was useless. Even though my reservation details were recorded, they still couldn't provide a room for the advance booking.

We had to stay overnight in BZA on our way home due to a hectic day. This place was terrible, charging us 2K for a night check-in. There were cockroaches everywhere and the rooms were tiny. I will definitely never consider staying here again in Vijayawada.

Very bad experience, please avoid this place. AC was not working properly. Tea was served in a polythene cover. No soap in the bathroom. I booked online and they showed a big room, but they gave me a very small room.
